Chelsea Premium Outlets has informed us that all premium outlets - Nationwide will open at Midnight on Black Friday day (November, 24, 2006). They also informed us that any user who joins for VIP Shoppers Club (it is Free) will get exclusive access to the VIP Lounge, an area that allows shoppers to download exclusive offers from merchants, coupon book vouchers – worth hundreds of dollars in additional savings.
